Agreed! Arcs are fine but there are no arm or carapce limitations in the ATML list Chroma - you're mistakenly putting in something that shouldn't be there.

Mmm...  so my eyes were playing tricks on me while reading the v3.16 datasheets and saw these lines in the notes?

Warhound Titans select may select any two weapons from the ‘scout titan’ weapons list. When fired, both arm weapons have a forward arc.

Reaver Titans select may select any three weapons from the ‘scout titan’ and ‘battle titan’ weapons lists. When fired, the Carapace weapon has a fixed forward arc, whilst both arm weapons have a forward arc.

Warlord Titans may select any four weapons from the ‘scout titan’ and ‘battle titan’ weapons lists. When fired, both Carapace weapons have a fixed forward arc, whilst both arm weapons have a forward arc.

I know I've had to read a lot of fine print during this project, but I didn't think I'd stated hallucinating yet!

Sorry Chroma! My bad, I should have read the list before responding

I just meant there are no restrictions on what weapons can be bought for arm or carapace, them having different arcs on the model then is fine and dandy. I haven't actually used the list yet so wasn't totally up on the detail.

Most weapons are not restricted, but some, such as the CCW, are, and always have been in the 3.x rules.
Why does this restriction exist? Is it really necessary? It makes sense for power/chain-fists for sure, but some titans do have other sorts of close combat weapons quite reasonably on their carapace - there's one nice old piece of SM/TL era colour artwork I think of in particular which I swear has a titan attacking another with a carapace circular saw thing.

Yeah I put in specific heights to allow modellers to re-pose their Titans without feeling they were going to be penalised in tournaments for having their Warhound running, or whatever.

Also importand if someone uses true-scale Titans which have longer legs.

what's a Sacred Icon? It's mentioned in army list as an upgrade, but I can't find any stats for it. Free bacon to all soldiers within 10cm?

Thanks for the work you put into it. It has some interesting ideas. However, I'm going to stick with the old Specialist Games list v. 1.2, which includes the various Imperial Knight variants. Since about half my Titan Legion consists of 14 Knights of different classes, using this list would gut my legion. I also like to load my Praetorians into a Corvus Assault Pod and really have some fun.

There is a Knightworld list in development as well. Morgan Vening is AC. Fluffwise, the Titan Legions and Knight Houses were seperate organizations anyway. I'll try to dig up a link. Its here

To be honest, I'm not accusing anyone of heresy here, Dark or otherwise. Plus, since I don't really do tournaments, it's sort of a moot point. I prefer scenario-based gaming myself. It's just a preference.
