Thanks, it's sadly still WIP for the Emperor's Prow. Well, I make the mold myself, hence the issues of the trapped bubbles on the first tests :). Just followed some tutorials are on the net.

Slow hero I admit. Still some issues with the resin mixing, so the casts are soft. I'm currently trying to mould this (easy shape to begin with):

And while not succeeding in casting, I'm still working on the torpedo thingy:

From left to right: Classic torpedo, fast torpedo, fusion torpedo, barrage bomb, vortex torpedo, tracking torpedo , guided torpedo and on the right two shots at the boarding torpedo, but I'm still not OK with it :(.

I'm currently looking for lubricant for the mold, and I'll try. I wanted to try with a relatively small part before beginning with the other models.

I've got a long To-do-list, mainly for conversion:

- Dauntless launch bays
- Voice Prow
- Prow variants (mainly for Navy for the time being)
- Escorts variants

These all caught my eye. I like the idea of a proper Emperor prow. And have seen the thread on Voice prows. What other Prow variants were you thinking of?

Cheers

James

I'm currently sketching an eagle prow for Terra fleet and a derivated from the Repulsive one, but a bit more imperial. But before I want to finish the current project.

The aim is to do a prow for each battlefleet. And some more projects :).

The escort variants are part of a small project. So far a Mars-prow for the falchion.

Finally, a cast worth seeing:

Still some improvement to do, but at least it's fully reticulated and looks like the original :)

The blue is the master. The arrowhead on the cream cast looks fine to me.

Yes the blue one is the master, and I still haven't cleaned it from modeling paste and unmoulding residue.

After though, maybe I should have made a frame arround the case for the dice.

Some progress on the v2 of the Voice prows and Pompadour cruiser. A bit of stand by for molding issues, my appartment is still looking like the Realm of Chaos (especially Tzentchy because of the maze of boxes), so I paused the molding part, but at some time in the near future I should be able to resume it :).

To make short:

Both don't detonate if in contact with a friendly vessel.

Tracking torpedo can turn, but always targets the closest enemy vessel. They blow on a 5+ instead of a 6+ when encountering Blast Markers.
Guided torpedo is controlled by the player if he succeeds a Leadership Test. If failed, the signal is jammed by the opponent and he (the opponent) gain control on the guided torpedoes salvo for this ordnance phase

the rules for it are at the end of Armada.

Back from the Marshes !

After some month of non-productiveness, I'm back to the hobby !

Here is the advancement of the Divine Right Prow:

Image

The red parts are standard GW antennas.

Still to do:

- The figurehead, for this I have to achieve the modelling of a skull ... It'll be on the front, top part (the one without details for the moment.
- Some detail on the up and down parts.
