Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the manufacturer of these pieces (club won them at CanCon), but they turned out really well when painted.

I think they were made by Procopious (a friend of CAL001) here in Australia.

Hopefully Aaron will see this and give some more info.

Yep, they are Aussie and picked up at Cancon.... however we ripped the packaging off to use them in a game last week and I cannot for the life of me remember what they were called. I'd like to get some for myself now, though!

They are definitely the ones that CAL001 and Procopious made!  I recieved some as part of the Ulthwe Eldar commission army and they look fantastic.

Cheers folks, I received a query from Denmark with a link to this thread, and I'm pleased to say that while I did stop making them due to slow sales, I have the moulds and can make as many as needed.
