move 40 cm, save none, CAF +2, weapon:Range 35 cm AD1 to hit +4 TSM -0, specila hard to hit or stealth
3 for 150
or 5 for 250
we will see
while waiting for the minis and pics
you can tell me what do you think about it
and guess which model I will use

VERY fast, moderate CAF, low firepower, fragile....I don't mind them.  Kind of one shot kamikazi basers.

You'd have to use Hard to Hit though as Stealth would be abusive (and kinda silly   ) .  I'd probably also suggest 3 for 150 so they are almost a certain VP give away.

Something moving 40/80cm over ground is going to have a VERY hard time being stealthy!  However, something moving that fast is probably going to be hard to hit.

Also, from a game perspective, it means you can keep the unit basically untargetable while still being within easy striking distance of enemy units.  That's a bit unbalancing.  I guess it's no much worse than some of the sniper units out there now, but then I was never in favour of units with Stealth getting 75cm shooting range anyway  .  

Given the 2 things together, then Hard to Hit makes much more sense.

yes could be a bit strong
but we are talking about 3 bikes/150 points
which makes them rather expensive

But I have no problem with hard-to-hit
I think both skills are nice to try on a fast skimmer and nothing too powerful
