Well, my proof reader's computer went kaput, so this version will likely be full of typo's no doubt, any freelance proofing would be appreciated - changes are in ze changelog but just to print them out loud:
v1.1 Quake Cannon Out Plague Cannon with the Claw of Nurgle inserted Inferno Gun Out Bilecannon inserted Stream of Filth renamed Stream of Corruption to bring in line with old Nurgle Titan weapon, removed fixed forwards again to follow the original Festering Death background. Background page added Corpulent Bulk looses its penalty Daemontitan removed, Favoured now gives daemonic focus & daemonic pact bringing it into line with the common daemon rules Imperator-configuration added as an option for unchanged Emperor-class Titans

Hey British:
Not on this list, but sorry I've not responded about "where it should be." Don't let that stop you. For now, leave it in Chaos and we'll sort it later.

At the risk of sounding petty, you really need to revise the layout. It's challenging to read just because it's so visually harsh.
Increase the borders. Keep text in columns to make scanning lines easier (long lines are harder to read). Get your headers and columns lined up in the tables. Fix the line weighting in the tables so that they lines group where you need them grouped.
I recommend all the "List construction notes" go into a single section under the traditional "How to use the army list" heading used in most of the lists. I realize you're trying to put them as close as possible to the parts of the list that trigger the need for the note, but a single section will put everything you'd need to know at the beginning of the list. It would also make them easier to find if you're not looking directly at the trigger.
Mechanical stuff...
Blight drones look a bit cheap for their ability to me. It's not way off, but I'd say they need to be tested for whether they can be abused.
Upgrades - Are the Icon and Princeps upgrades available to Scout titans?
Weapons - I can't shake the feeling that there ought to be a way to abuse the Bident in some way with a bunch of assault Warhounds. I just can't figure out quite how it would work.

If anything trying to get the list to print has made me definatley consider revising the list just so it isn't all crammed onto one page.
The Bident needs to be taken down to 0-1 in my thinking, otherwise it is really abuseable.
After playtesting the Khorne Titans (the list that I am currently very unhappy with and needs to be revised heavily)- I'm thinking that the complete lack of re-rolls is a very major handycap - so Supreme Commander OR a localised (one titan only) re-roll may need to be implimented.
Edit: I lie, the Dominant Princeps and the Icon are usable on Warhounds.

I've not touched the List for a good while now, University commitments have somewhat distracted me from beeing able to do any form of playtesting.
