I have enough roads and buildings for a table or two (but no hills, woods, etc). Will get as much painted up in the time as I can.

Not long till the tournament now, I’m looking forward to it!

In the old tradition of posting up your lists in advance here is my Vraksian Renegades list, with thanks to E&C and Man of Kent for lending me models to use it :agree:

Reg HQ + 3 Malcadors + Hydra + Enforcer 625
Inf Comp 275
7 Malcador Defenders, 3 Malcador Anhiliators + Hydra + Enforcer 700
Hydras 150
Disciples of Xaphan 300

Minotaurs + Enforcer 350

Anyone else sharing?

my Vraksian Renegades list

Uh?

What?
How did I miss this?
Is there a specific Renegades of Vraks armylist out there?

That would be soo cool!
Then I can mirror my Traitor Guard in Epic, just like I did with my Orks

There is indeed, see here. It wasn't in the original list of armies Ryan posted up but I fancied using them and okayed it with him. Hoping I might come up against E&C's Krieg army during the tournament for the clash of classic opponents.

Wow, this thread has been a very exciting read. I'm looking forward to the time when some of us over the pond are able to marshall the equivalent resources and players. MoK, kudos for organizing what I think will be a very unique event.

I am very eager to see what lists are picked for the competition, secretly hoping that someone tries Tau. Very eager to see Krieg and Vraksian renegades in the mix and how they fare.

Cheers gentlemen, at least one Yank (well, Texan really) will be rooting for you.

I've heard rumors that a Tau army will be taken to this event.

Afraid of being stuck in some trenchworks and asked to "breakout" or "capture the flag" or something, I've gone with Speedy Krieg!!

DEATH KORPS OF KRIEG SIEGE REGIMENT

COMPANIES:

- Regimental HQ Company - 400
2x Mortar Gorgons - 125
- Infantry Company - 300
2x Mortar Gorgons - 125
- Death Rider Company - 250

SUPPORT FORMATIONS:

- Grenediers Platoon with Heavy Bolter Gorgon - 300
- Leman Russ Platoon (3x Russ, 2x Thunderer, 1x Vanquisher) - 390
- Heavy Support Battery (2x Hydras & 1x Heavy AA gun, with Trojans) - 125
- Shadowsword - 200
- Light Support Battery (4x Thudd Guns with 4x Centaurs) - 200

ALLIES:

- Warhound Titan - 275
- Two Thunderbolt Fighters - 150
- One (Heavy) Marauder Bomber - 150

TOTAL : 2990 points
ACTIVATIONS : 11

Everything either has a transport (even if that transport is only a horse!) or is itself a vehicle... speedy Krieg, ho!

And to give the more experimental stuff a benchmark, I am using Biel Tann Eldar (if I can make it).

Interesting, both you and me have gone for speedy versions of our armies rather than the sit in trenches versions... well if I can count an army that nearly all move at 15cm as speedy anyway!
