Perhaps

The one at the top of this thread is indeed just a draft. I'm uploading the "official" book right now, which has a timestamp.
The reason I'm reluctant to add too many prefixes or suffixes is that with these projects you can keep finding errors forever if you look long enough. With this many books to cover I felt it was important to set deadlines for each book and move on if things weren' to bog down again. As you can see with the rules clarifications I asked for, noone has come forward yet. I think it is important to have closure at some point, even if you are aware of a few errors. If not you're never going to finish something like this. The books currently in the download thread should now be considered finished, even if we know that there's a few errors still in there.
I'd rather not insinuate that these books aren't worth downloading or printing by calling them unfinished. At this stage it is important that as many people as possible download the books and read through them - even print them - so we can catch any remainig errors. I just fear that people will be less inclined to do so if we keep calling them Beta, ARC etc. After all the Chaos book has now been available for proofreading for almost a month. Not an unreasonable ammount of time.
I find it rather interesting that the book is based on (well, copy/pasted from)the NetEpic 5 documents which have been around for years , yet noone have noticed the errors we're talking about untill now. That suggests to me that not enough people have been reading through those documents.
Like I said: The remaining errors SHOULD just be stuff like a few commas and the odd capitalized letter. I'd rather that people go: "Hey, what kind of lousy proof reading has been done here with those missing commas - I better complain on the forum!" than they go: "Oh, a beta version... Hm. Better let somebody else work out the snags and wait untill the official version is here" ÂÂ

Otherwise we'll be stuck with "Beta" documents for years which noone bother to download or print, nor suggest any erratta for.
