Please keep them as they are. The Mossinians and Vraks are two different armies in two different theatres of war. They aretwo nice descriptions of rebellion in the Imperium. But to introduce Vraksian elements into the Mossininan list would be to dilute its flavour, I think. I like the Mossionans and might actually field them one day, since I have the models for it. Having to get new tanks for an army that works well as it is would be annoying IMO.

Cutting the Mossinians as the opponents at this stage would require radical changes to the book. It would be great to see the book published at long last at month end, even if it's not completely perfect, and it's too late in the day to make big changes.

I agree with these comments. My impression is that you are too far down the development cycle for the book to change directions now. If I wasn't clear in my prior comments, I did mean to say that the list should stay in the Siege book so that the Krieg have an opponent. To me, the real gem in Siege would be the Krieg list itself. Everything else would be "gravy".

So, althougth I'd most likely build the Vraksian renegades as a Krieg opponent vs. a Mossinian army, don't throw away good work. You never know when and where it might show up.

I'd say, leave it as is and chalk it up to experience.

I think ultimately I'm going to do this.

I have, at the least, written some nice background for all the units that would be a shame to lose.

It does have some character to it (lots of OOP models), and opportunities for scratchbuilders like MoK, so that'll be good enough for me.

I vote keep em:

I see the mossinians as a good alternative on par with TRC 'Directors Cut' siege list, also as a good stand in for any rebel army that needs a bit more character then "we're imperial guard...just, not, well, Imperial!"

Glyn, unfortunately, is a little misled about my intentions: I have a big and varied IG army that I can use for a multitude of tasks: recently adding statitc artillery and stuff means I can use them as low tech siegers!

I DO intend to collect a Krieg force...
and that said I also seem to be inteneding to do admech too now...
hmm...

Personally I think it would be great if the Raiders Erreta was in the back of Siege, and updates for Siege be in the back of the next supplement and so on. You would always know where to look....
Up to Mosc/E&C really. Weren't stickers mentioned as possibility at one point? Corrected text could be printed on these and the original books themselves updated, which would really be the most ideal solution (personally I'll try and do this anyway even if it does have to be with sellotape).

Eh, not every army list can be 100% unique. I'd rather the Mossinians stay true to the story than be adapted awkwardly in order to make them more 'exciting'.

How about loose pages sent out and in the Siege book? Loose pages get lost, it's unlikely everyone will get the, the could be down loaded and printer at home but thats a bit 2nd rate.

I think the current plan is to distribute stickers that can literally be stuck into early print runs of Raiders.

I know Ben hates the idea...

I do?    ???

But what do people think about Land Transporters (same as the LatD ones) as an option for infantry companies? It need no affect the fluff, all armies need trucks!

I'm not intrinsically opposed to that happening (if I ever was clearly I've forgotten my opinion! ).

Also Sabre platforms (maybe instead of AA guns, maybe as well)...they do have the right crew model!

Yup could go in, perhaps lugged about by Land Transporters?

I actually bought a set to paint up for photos, just in case it was decided to put them in.

How about 0-1 companies can be transported? (or 0-1 per 3k points or something) Would give some option for that without changing things too much.

That is correct.  Although the way this peak season is shaping up, I would not count on them until mid-January at the earliest.  I am slammed at work.   Sorry folks.
