Me too! I suggested those to E&C a while ago but they weren't meant to be feasible at the time, looks like technology has caught up I'd really love to see one each of all the DK heavy weapons done in epic scale, for such small models printing costs wouldn't be that hight either and I suspect people would be interested for nicer general guard heavies, even if they didn't collect Krieg.

There are endless possibilities:
Space Marine heavy and assault weapons
Imperial Guard heavy and assault weapons
Assault Marines in more dynamic poses and MK7 armour
Space Marine Sergeants in different poses and with different weapons
An now my mind just keeled over as i began to think about Chaos Space Marines....

Orks? There are new/current style Ork model gunners with the FW superheavies, the arms could be reposed and you's just need to create weapons for them. I was toying with this possibility a while ago, till it looked like casting wasn't feasible for models that thin then.

I have also thought about the possibility of printing extra heavy weapons, which could be carefully cut and carved off sprue bits and used on these to make originals. Lots of possibilities...

I don't know about the possibility to CADing organic models. Seems to be far more difficult to make than mechanical ones like vehicles and power armoured Space Marines.

There already are FW epic Ork gunners that with a little arm re-posing make perfect normal Orks, no CADing necessarily needed to do them, bar possible usage for weapons.

I may put the Medium Walking Robot project on hold for a week whilst I CAD up some infantry models of various types, now I know that this technology can work.

one thing with high pressure casting - since the air bubbles get compressed while the resin sets, when you release the pressure, is there a risk of the bubble being able to blow it's way out of the resin?
