Its doesn't look that 'big'. Maybe its the the highlighting on each panel that makes the model appear more fixed in my minds eye? A different you must have seen is here

The model is a poorer quality than the otters and the paint job must have been a nightmare. I don't know if such a thing can be done on the cruiser as maybe the detail would spoil the effect?
Hell maybe all it needs is a few banks of windows, but of course what idiot puts windows on a warship?
