We all are. At my present rate of posts, it'll take a year and a half to get another pip. Hell, and that is because I never sleep. If I ever get that sorted out, it'll take three years to do it.

... I presume that you gain ranks quicker than you gain pips? Is this correct- ie every 2 or 3 ranks you get a pip?
