Grand News: Two Golden Gorgonzola CHeese Carriers that will be awarded to Judges and Players Choice Painters have just been donated by none other than our very own Otterman: yay! rumour has it that other models are also bound over the atlantic and from within the Uk for the winners of this prestigous event: get your geek on!

In other news can people let me know if they'd be able to bring some scenery at all: i reckon we can fill 4-5 of the tables with high quality pieces but that does leave us a little short!

Remember that you also have until Nov 23rd to submit your 3000pt lists; after which we will announce which scenarios will be played on the day.
Submissions to me (Ryan) at: Last_action_hobbit@yahoo.co.uk.

Hia,

This is Zog's Belgium Mate  :)

I haven't got any painted Epic scenery yet, but as I'm hosting an Aeronautica demo at a fig-fair next month, that is bound to change (with a thight deadline at that!)

So write me down for providing one tables' worth of classic-Epic-ruins-scenery in january

If you are signed up and payed up for The Bristol Winter Warmer at the end of January then please remember that the deadline for army list submission is NEXT FRIDAY the 27th of NOVEMBER!
Please email all lists to me, Ryan, at Last_action_hobbitATyahoo.co.uk in legible word format by this date. Points will be docked for late or non submission so please also pass this information onto friends who you know are coming but do not have access to these boards or haven't been in contact with me.

Details of army lists allowed can be found in the Winter Warmer main thread. In the case of Taccomms created lists please use the most recent at time of going to press. Any questions then feel free to get in touch!

After army lists have been submitted we will release which scenarios are to be played and welcome any further feedback from tournament goers to iron out any remaining inconsistencies :-)

Yrs,
Ryan

Dear Bristol Winter Warmer crowd, as some of you may know the original deadline for army list submission was this Friday just gone! As I understand however many people (we've recieved four lists so far out of sixteen!) weren't able to make this deadline. Despite it's announcement very much in advance when the event dates were set I'm putting the lack of submissions down to other tournaments currently running, people's busy schedule and, mostly, due to my lack of communication and reminders: as such we shall now be shifting to a more realistic timetable!

Army lists will now be due exactly fourteen days before the event: that's SATURDAY 9TH of JANUARY please people! In the meantime I'm happy to announce which scenarios we will be playing, these are:

-Ambush
-Spearhead
-Meeting Engagement

Rules for the scenarios can be found here but treat these as preliminary as an official tournament pack via email shortly with rules for each scenario.
This should give everyone equal oppurtunity to test them out, get a feel of how they work and possibly provide last minute feedback before the tournament: woe and betide anyone who misses the deadline this time!  All lists I've seen so far have been fine but now people should feel free to tinker a bit more.
Yrs,
R>

Right then! Expect that to be the last update for a while: time now to hunker down, get those mini's painted and start planning an after party! Happy gaming till then and let the good dice roll!
