I think this was more of a technical issue than a "desire" issue... it just wasn't dealt with in a timely fashion so interest was diminished.

The entire league thing is still a work in progress.

The first sprue to reach 1000 interest level was the zombies, and as anyone that follows general gaming news know, they are the latest hot thing in town.

They rapidly went past the 1000 $1 level and made it into production.

The 6mm sprue took much longer, longer than was good for it in truth. In future I'm sure WF will put a time limit on sprue's to reach $1 or they will be dropped.

The fact that exodus wars will be releasing a similar range is not widely publicised on the net as far as I know so WF were probably unaware of a potential competitor until I mentioned it in passing on their forum.

Well as I said, I pre-ordered 5 WGF sprues ... But E/W's Robo-Skellies will be out in a matter of weeks.  Tom just mentioned that time frame a day or two ago ...  So we'll wait & see on WGF ...  But I think they did see there was a number of us that wanted them.  Good move "M", mentioning the E/W Skellies to WGF, I saw that post ...

I e-mailed WGF about the 6mm Andriods ...  Here is Tony's/WGF's reply ... If we get the troop density of GW's sprues - or hell, better! I reckon its a good thing. I'll still get mine but I hope they are scaled to match other companies vehicles.

Well as always ... we'll wait & see.   If they are a "tad" big say 8mm ... well they are "alien androids".     However I don't really know how they will measure up next to other 6mm Syfy.  But as we know Epic scale varies from 6mm-8mm ...  But I got 5 sprues pre-ordered ...    Regardless ...

I probably won't fulfill my purchase of 10 sprues - it's taken far too long for them to make an appearance. Not a comment on the models (renders look very good), but a big No Confidence vote for WF.
