So are there any WWII Parachute Regiment dedicated AA weapons you can think of?
That being the inspiration for the Elysians...
Ooo, a challenge!
First off the parachute regiment isn't the only inspiration. There's the glider regiments and the modern day air deploying forces (plus stuff like parachuting IFVs!).
But yes I could a) post something on TMP/WWII yahoo group and get you a deluge of options or point out the use of MGs on jeeps for last ditch defences or just do a quick search

81st Airborne Anti-Aircraft Anti-Tank Battalion: ( LTC X.B. Cox) (1944)
35 officers and 606 men
3 Batteries of 8 57mm AT guns
3 Batteries of 12 .50cal MG
If you want an existing model the sabre platform with heavy stubber could in theory be easy knocked up from a weapons container dropped with the men. Static though, so good for dropping on objective but if they wish to abandon it, its bm time!
