Make it 7 infantry units and 1 command unit, assume the extra 5 men are a result of the Heaven tactical doctrine or something.

So a 7 Infantry, 1 Command unit, and a Stormlord, as a Core Choice.

V0.8 uploaded in the first posting.

Changelog:

- renamed Hellhound Upgrade to Assault Tanks.
- added the Devildog as part of the Assault Tanks Upgrade.
- made Colossus available for Artillery Battery.
- removed Heavy Infantry Company. No pure footsloggers in this army and Company was misnamed anyway.
- renamed Medusas Upgrade to Siege Guns
- replaced Commissar with Priest (as only Imperial Guard regiments have Commissars, PDF have none, at least not mandatory)

I really don't think the Priest should be exactly the same as a Commissar, just with a different name.

Make it somehow different.  Perhaps lose leader as the Priest isn't calming anyone down, just riling them up.  Maybe limit it to being attached to infantry units only and give it infiltrator to represent the righteous fury inspiring the attached unit to get to grips with the worst of the enemy.
