I have just been looking through, and as Neal says, it is really usefull to have all these race lists being presented and moving forwards. However, given the number of changes from the original sheet, it would assist greatly if you could list the changes included.
On the detail, so far I have spotted:- - Phantom and Warlocks with Jump pack
(presume typos?) - WS and Falcons transport Autarch -
not needed because this is a character, remove - Seer council - notes are not in
italicsSpecific unit comments - Wave Serpents now transport Heavy weapons (but not Falcons) -
not sure this is needed - Cobra lose IC on their D-cannon -

As per discussions, but IMHO does not work as intendedFire PrismsLose separate formation, lose AA, trade range for increased fire-power, and can be put in bigger formations. - - - Very unsure about all of this. I have not tested this, but 5-6 Fire Prisms will prove very nasty against small-medium titans and other RA targets. On the other hand, losing the separate formation (with AA) seems unnecessary. ÂÂ
Spirit StonesWhile Spirit stones are confirmed as removed, I remain unconviced on how this has been balanced against other races. IMHO Eldar need some compensation for their loss, but adding Leader on the titans seems inappropriate as other titans don't have that benefit etc.
I would much prefer some alternative like the ability to purchase a character for +25 as an upgrade to any formation (except Rangers?), with Leader and possibly EA(+1)
