What are the 40k stats for the eradicator? Your stats seem a little wimpy when compared to a demolisher for example.

I would leave out the Capitol Imperialis, and the Eradicator too.

That still leaves you with four models requiring scratchbuilding/converting (Banewolf, Devildog, Stormlord and Punisher).

Seems fine, I can't remember its listed transport capacity but I assume you've looked it up.

Isn't it meant to be DC3 as it's based on a Baneblade hull?

Seems fine, probably worth about as much as a standard Russ.

FF4+ MW seems really good... probably worth more than a standard hellhound.

Hmm, I guess the eradicator is just rubbish in 40k too. Needs to be cheaper than the other russ then.

The Eradicator could use Ottermans smaller Heckhammer muzzle. But yes it is somewhat rubbish
Speaking of the Heckhammer what about incluiding the Hellhammer super-heavy tank?

And what have you against the Capitol Imperialis? No armylist uses either the Leviathan or the Capitol Imperialis. And this armylist is a giid way to finally introduce at least one of them. And as a super-super-heavy transporter its fits the theme.

I don't think units should just be shoe-horned in to list to "get them out there"; nothing reeks more of "fan-based" than putting everything and the kitchen sink into an army list, because "It's kewl!"

Theme your army and stick to that, even cutting stuff you "like" that doesn't fit.

As to the Capitol Imperialis, I seriously doubt PDF forces are going to have a bunch of them sitting around.

And, if these guys are PDF, why do they have Titan support?  I understand your "greying out" approach, but an army list is supposed to reflect an army at a (perhaps broad) span of time; so, be gutsy, if the army didn't have that stuff, don't give it to them, make them have to make up for it in other ways.  The old "defined as much as by what they have as by what they don't".  Makes things different and interesting.

You might even want to consider dropping Chimeras for Land Transporters... that would make them "Mech PDF", but still not as good as Armoured Fist-type companies.

I know@Maelstrom.... ???

Well i intend to drop the Chimera altogehter and let this army rely on super-heavy transports. As a super-heavy transport the Stormlord fits nicely as well as the Capitol Imperialis (which isn't a mobile command centre as the Leviathan but more of a giant metal box full of soldiers). The doctrine of the (insert name) will be more of concentrated strength. Nouseless dispersion of forces. They will deploy what they need in one go and transporters with big capacity fulfill this role.
I also thought about including the other super-heavy tanks with a transport capacity (Banehammer and Doomhammer) but these i see more of a way for GW to sell more Shadowsword kits than that they actually fill a niche.

I have no problem dropping the Titans as the list itself will be war engine heavy enough.

Their strength will be that they have pretty resilient infantry and that they will have a lot of war engines.

The weakness is that they semselfe ironicaly would't have much to counter enemy war engines and that a destroyed transporter will also take out a large portion of the transported units (the Stormlord isn't as fast as the Gorgon).

The only to fast formations they will have are the Bikes and the Cherubim Jumppack Infantry.

Capitol Imperialis:

Simply too big a War Engine to be owned by a PDF on anything other than a major Imperial planet such as a Hive World.

Is Heaven a Hive World, with crystaline forests stretched between the Hives? I guess Hives would have contained atmospheres to protect the populace from the poisonous atmosphere.

Pick one and drop the other from the list, IMHO.

Cherubim Jumppack Infantry.

I believe a lot of people are using those models for Elysiums, so they *are* getting love, so they don't "need" to be in the list... and grav-chute IG seem to have completely covered over the idea of IG with jump packs.

Imperial Bikes on the other hand...

Heaven(ly) has two major cities. Heavenly Sphere and Heavenly Harbour.
Heavenly Sphere is the capital. The whole city is contained under an armaglass sphere. Heavenly Harbour is the starport. Both have roughly a population 5 million citizen. All over the two main continents there are countless Splinter Tree farms* adding another 10 million farmers.
I guess if this planet is a true hive world then it would be to big to raid for a pirate style force as the Red Corsairs even with Traitor Guard elements?

*Giant cargo transports could travel regularly from farm to farm to collect the splinters. An armed version of this could be used by the PDF. Could be Capitol Imperialis sized.

Actually i like the Jumppack Infantry more. Angels on fiery wings spewing holy flames to cleanse the enemy from the face of Heaven.

Well a Hive World would have more like 5 billion citizens.  :)

I suggest simply dropping the Capitol Imperialis (or CI proxy), and concentrating on the other cool new stuff this list has... the Stormlord could become the iconic transport of this list y'know.

Aren't you kinda stepping on the Sisters of Battle schtick with that?

Isn't this "heaven" actually a "hell"?  If spores/crystals would clog Valks and Vultures, I think jump packs would be impeded as well.

You might want to consider using Gorgons for this instead, and there's lovely Ottermodels for 'em coming soon.
