All I Frakk'n Know is the Necron have 5 "Vehicles" in their inventory ... not counting the Pylon ...  So you people better get on it !!!!!   :D  :laugh:

A "warbarbeque" is possibly viable to make, cast and sell, but the "slaughterhouse" and "eternal sphere" probably aren't.

is it really necessary to come up w/ alernate names for units that gw has not made?

Since they were made under the aegis of Specialist Games using GW resources, GW, even if they don't openly recognize it, own the IP of those units under those names. *ESPECIALLY* if Jervis was involved in their creation at all.

really? i must of missed the "special thanks to Aliens" in the space hulk rule book and the "we got this from terminator" after the i'll be back rule in the necron book :laugh:
but i guess what you said, chroma, makes sense.

GW has certainly taken plenty of inspiration from popular Sci Fi universes. Double standards aside, we do not want CS to get into any trouble because of people doing obvious IP infringement on these boards, so...  :p
