Thanks Boyz ! Always appreciated !  I've been considered insane long ago  I'm constantly  painting my models based on my work schedule, which varies.  So I've always got stuff being base painted other stuff detailed etc.  I've got lots of minis to paint !  G/W, F/W, DRM, E/W, GZG etc. !  The camo on these boys was done by, after base painting tan, I dipped an old Toothbrush in watered down paint. And dragged my thumb across it ...  and "flicked" paint on the models. And even flicked washes & inks to get the "proper" effect !

L4 you painting, and especially banner work, is superb, as always.

I do think that your units could look better with a little sand and scrub on the bases, but having 'plain' bases certainly lets your painting shine all the brighter. Excellent stuff.

Yes, like I've said, before ... we started with SM1 and bases were not flocked until SM2 ... So we like to keep the "old School" look !  Plus we feel they look more like chess pieces to us ... But thanks again guys !
