How many models do you put on a stand for Wraithguard?

2? 3? 1? 5? 4?

I was thinking 3 or 5.

I usually go with the full 5, but I think 4 would look decent.  Three would look a little sparse.

And, yes, I use them... they're great assault troops.

Awesome Chroma. I was thinking either 3 or 5. 4 would bother my OCD.

Don't base them in the holes... at least not the middle two.  *laugh* Just space them out equally.

Or use a different style base.  I was thinking about doing four on a Warmaster base, for an Iyanden project, to make them look impressive.  Probably going to do the same with Terminators.

I'm pretty sure I've seen 4 Wraithguard on a round base before.

3 per stand.
I don't like the poor Wraith Guard, alone on the 1er (or 5th) hole, so I carve the stand to put one mianiature in the middle of each third.

It depends whether you have sufficient Wraithguard models but IMO 5 looks best and is most fitting for their stats.

5 for sure, makes them nice and bulky and gives that feel of a unit that can take some damage and represent there amour save and wraithguard just have that cool factor, i play with them every chance i get.

they are the perfect companions to guardians after all

I like to base large models on larger bases. So 5 on a warmaster base. I must say I'm keen on the FoW bases as well and will try them when I get home. Maybe I'll end up with a different basing style for each army :)

I've got three to a short base (25mm x 12.5mm), same with Tyranid Warriors, Exarch Stands and Terminator Characters (Exarch and Terminators are 2 Troopers and 1 Centre Character).

I thought this was a philosophical question of the how-many-angels-dance-on-a-pin sort...

Ok, I tend to base large troops (such as the Wraithguard, Ogryns and the like) in small numbers - 2 to 3 - to underline the point that they're big guys.
And it also gives you space for terrain - forget regular spacing, plonk in a bit of building or rubble or wreckage or a tree.
And - they go a longer way and you get more bases!

Currently in my Ulthwe force they are 4 to a square base. When I get around to starting my Iyanden army they will be 3 to long base.

It really depends on which bases are used. I have 5 on the square bases, though 4 also looks good. 5 works well on the thin bases, but 3 would also look Ok. And they are essential if you do not take Wave Serpents.

Mine are currently based 5 to a stand on the old square ones, will be swapping them over to 3 per long base whenever I get the time - I think the bigger infantry look more impressive in slightly smaller quantities (and I get more stands!)

Just recently painted my Iyanden Wraithguard and went five per base with all 18 bases all the way.

4 per base, they are quite big to put 5 to a stand IMO:
