I've been interested in getting a 'nid army for a while, but it seemed too painful to try and get everything bit by bit.
I've two questions:

Roughly how many points is this lot worth? (yes, I could get the latest list and figure it out, but that would take quite a while and I'm assuming you already know)

Can this be used to field an effective army, or will I need to add more?

There is over 4600 points in that list

You will be left over with an extra Carni, Exocrine, and 2 Hormagaunts. You will definately need more ravenors.

- 9 Zoanthropes is maybe too many to ever use however you can make conversions from them

Other than ravenors, an extra Harridan and Spores, you pretty much have everything that you will need.
