225, or 250 if you want to be cautious.
4BP is a lot better than 3BP though, so I'd say it's worth the full 75pts.

I wouldn't go as low as 200 without heavy testing at 225 first.

Eldar Night Spinners are 1BP and come in formations of 3 are 175 points, have disrupt and are the same range.

so 225 could be ok

Whirlwinds do have SR5, Initiative 1+, the ability to fire at full BP with a single BM on the formation and the 'ability' not to break when one of the three is destroyed due to ATSKNF.

Marines are great. :)
