hummm, real proposals for active list.
OK I agree remove all AP sub/muni missiles.
  This does 2 things, makes the FW and infantry teams the only anti-infantry weapons of effect. Also it encourages a mech infantry doctrine. Better have FWs rock hard as infantry goes. FF4+ well as ranged. units = 6 stand plus fish. cost negotiable
Leave marker light to benefit all shooting at +1.
I will broach drones as full units, the qualitative technology difference on the table top. Also as add-ons for units as ablative 'no-bp' help.
This leaves the scorpionfish as a anti-titian missile boat Ok its a race, can the scorpionfish pump out enough hits before the titian gets near enough to destroy it?

Allow coordinated actions to be called with aircraft as well.

I will be happy to play the agreed list locally and report.
