As with the Spudd and Pestle, I have reduced the scaling on these to 5:1.

Carriage suffered a clean break on one of the legs. Corrective measures are being explored.

Bronzes are NOT in transit. Metal production delayed by 0 to 2 weeks.

Same question for Spudd&Pestle applies here.

Should these be cast in ratios of 1 artillery to 1 mortar, or are artillery pieces more desirable?

Let me put it another way:

Should I order

200 carriages, 200 cradles, 200 artillery cannons, and 200 mortars
OR
200 carriages, 200 cradles, 100 artillery cannons, and 100 mortars

These imply different production molds. The first choice provides 200 complete kits, with a higher price (which gets passed on), and wasted parts. The second choice is optimized, but if people want more artillery than mortar, then I have wasted stock.

Agreed, equals. I don't think any of us will complain about having extras for our bitz box.

I probably would use slightly more Saltshaker guns than mortar. I would like price kept down to a minimum as finances are tight for me at the moment. So I would prefer lower cost even if less bits.

I guess that would lean me to suggest your second option of 200 carraiges and 100 cannons plus 100 mortars.

Cheers

James
