I've always wondered, you painting and transfer work is great... but are you not a fan of putting sand / grass around your model's feet?

Thanks E&C ...  Well since we started with SM1, they never put sand or flock on the bases then.  They didn't do that until SM2.  But we kind'a look at the Epic Infantry like Chess pieces, so we just paint the bases black ...

DS this is L4 we are talking about. Even his house is cammo painted. I wouldn't be surprised if the flour beds are sandbagged around the boarder.

Sorry, that's not what I meant! I'm not surprised in the least that L4 camo'ed his infantry (or anything else   ). What surprises me is how well they came out. I didn't think such a good camo job was possible on such a small scale.

As always, Thanks Boyz !  I guess I just like "camoing" stuff ... in any scale !    Hey I like the camo job on "SAM" !     Sweet !    I guess, that's another reason why I like Orion Slave Girls ... They are green !!     And I'll be "camoing" more as I work on my Epic Grunts.  Currently I'm working on my Epic Vals, but they will be in Russian Brown ...  Appropriately !     I have 18 stands of Cats, 9 will be a Standard Cat Infantry Plt.  The other ... one stand has a Commissar on it, so that will be a plt of Gaunt's Ghosts, 1st Tanith ...  I'm thinking about how to put camo capes on them !
