I recently acquired some FW Eldar, among them 4 packs of Falcons... All of them came without that fancy antenna. So I called FW and they said that part was supposed to be in there and agreed to send me replacements.

Now I got them... Again without the antennas. And when I just now tried to check the FW-shop, they had the model removed from the shop altogether.

Does anybody know if the Falcons are supposed to come without the antenna or if I'm just caught in the ever-famous FW phone-resend-loop?

Just to clarify what I'm talking about:

I got some Falcons earlier in the year, and they were missing that part. I gather I wasn't the only one. The moulds for the Falcons were remade recently; it may be that bit didn't survive the process.

Yeah. Most likely. The falcons I bought several years ago (dunno, maybe 4ish?) definitely had them.

The packs I got relatively recently didn't have them either, I keep meaning to ring and complain, but it doesn't sound like any replacement packs would have them either.

Which other Eldar tanks come with them? Is it Fire Storms do but Night Spinners don't, or the other way round?

I think the Nightspinners are missing...then again the first pack of Nightspinner i got were missing the actual spinners as well

I've no idea about Night Spinners, but Firestorms definitely don't. But they're based on the Type-II hull, and never did.

The Night Spinners from my order have them.

I also called FW last Friday and got some good news.

When I first ordered the models, the package was lost on its way to Germany, so FW sent out a replacement order which contained the Falcons with the missing antennas. The package I just received wasn't, however, meant as a replacement for those antennas but was in fact the first (missing) package's back order (which apparently didn't contain any Falcons at all). FW said they were currently re-doing the moulds (which might indicate something went wrong there, like "we forgot the antennas" ) and will be shipping the antennas for all the Falcons (ie the ones from the big replacement order as well as the ones from the back order which I first thought was the antenna replacement order, which is kinda nice) as soon as they are ready.

That might also mean that if you're lacking antennas as well, calling FW isn't as hopeless as it first seemed.

But they removed Falcons from the shop !!
