At some point in the future me and some mates want to do a big old chaos assault on imperial lines, city wall, assault engines, titans, trenches; the lot! Having been wokring on my Custodian Titan for a little while now i KNOW i'm gonna want to use him PROPERLY in a the game; i.e. with his own datafax and weapons loadout. As such i present for comment and criticism a datafax to accurately repersent the model i've made, points costing has been done with the aid of E&C's AMTL lists and a premium charged for the twin turbo lasers and unusual combat weapon although points costing isn't really an issues. Even scarier is that if i ever end up fielding a titan list this monster will also have my Supreme commander in it for another 50pts!

Custodian Titan: 950pts

Custodian Warlord Class Titan: Ryza Pattern

Type         Speed        Armour      Close Combat     Firefight
War Engine    15cm         4+            2+                3+

Weapons              Range       Firepower      Notes

2 x Rocket Launcher   60cm         3BP           FXF
Twin Plasma Cannon    45cm        6xMW2+         Forward Arc Slow Firing
Wrecking Ball       Base Contanct Assault Weapon Extra Attacks +1, First Stirke, TK(d3+1)
Carapace Multilasers  30cm     2xAP5+/AT6+/AA5+   -

Damage Capacity  8. 6 Void Shields. Critical Hit Effect: The Warlord’s plasma reactor has been damaged. Roll a D6 for the Warlord in the end phase of every turn: on a roll of 1 the reactor explodes destroying the Warlord, on a roll of 2-3 the Warlord suffers one more point of damage, and
on a roll of 4-6 the reactor is repaired and will cause no further trouble. If the reactor explodes, any units within 5cms of the Warlord will be hit on a roll of 4+.

Custodian: The Ryza Class Custodian Titan is a hulking behemoth festooned with deadly weaponry, sacred icons and carrying the the Devotional Bell of it's Legion from which it's giant support struts house Laud-hailers twice as tall as a man and incanting Imperial litany. Modern manufacturing techniques mean that the Ryzan Custodian Titan's no longer need give up their carapace weapons slots (though these may only be fitted with free weapons chosen from a Legions Weapon's List) and when facing ANY Chaos army with the option to field any Demonic Units ((Including Daemon Engines, Daemon Princes, and greater & lesser daemons) the titan counts being fitted with a Devotional Bell for an additional 75pts.
This upgrade is NOT optional.

Notes: Fearless, Reinforced Armour, Walker, Thick Rear Armour, Inpsiring. The Warlord Titan may step over units,
impassable or dangerous terrain that is up to 2cm wide and less than 2.5cm tall.

Sorry if it looks a little scruffy; if anyone can tell me how to attach documents then that would be great

So in a Grant Tournament environment you will come up with an army with is 75pts to big but only when facing an army with Daemons?

Why not use it as the following:

Warlord - 725
2 x Apocalypse Rocket Launchers + 50
Plasma Destructor + 75
Carapace Multilasers + 25
Wrecking Ball + 25
Sacred Icon + 50

Total = 950

The use of the Wrecking ball from the Collecter's Upgrades is the only way it deviates from the official list, it avoids the 75 point surcharge that only applies against daemons, and it avoids any potential balance issues with the costing of the twin plasma cannons.

I woudn'dt be using it in grand tourney scenarios, and i usually know who i'm playing in advance in bristol; however; i'd do exacly as BL and Red Sorcerer say otherwise; I just like the idea of something a little unique for this model :-)

Twin Plasma Cannon    45cm        6xMW2+         Forward Arc Slow Firing

Note that in Epic the convention is that a 'twin' weapon will generally have +1 to hit over its standard version, instead of 2x shots.

So the weapon should be named '2x Plasma Cannon', or alternatively you could have one Plasma Cannon with 3x shots which require a 1+ to hit.

Overall I think it looks like a great datafax to use... maybe I'll even get to fight against it one day with my Chaos army!

Alternatively you could possibly have the twin-plasma cannons count as a Plasma Destructor? Up to you.

Edited to add:
be great to face this guy in battle sometime! My LatD will be very mutated and meant to come from a Daemon World, so could be fitting opponents.

The twin plasma cannon is really just because i wanted something special.
However; if i were to play with the titan in a points costed game against someone and they felt it was unbalanced then i'd probably just go for a plasma destructor; yes.

3xMW3+ just didn't do it for me; not at 45cm!
