I have no idea. Although, peolpe with under 50 posts do not seem to have one. Also, bossman doesn't have one.

Sorry, I had no web access over the weekend. Going cold turkey on this place was not pretty. Anyway, they are rank pips. There are a maximum of five, and about ten ranks, so you do the maths! They just keep adding as you go up the ranks.

OK, there is one pip for 50 posts, 2 for 500 (I dont mess around 10% rubbish  ). And, you can get 6 (but at 3000 posts).
