Looks fantastic, the coat of paint has really brought it all together. I can't wait to see the others.

Very cool indeed. As good if not better than the SG stompas.

Beautiful stuff!

You got me thinking, though (curse you! My head hurts...) - if thimbles work, why not marrettes? You know - the plastic, thimble-shaped wire connectors that you see (or should see) when you open up an electrical box in your house? They come in different sizes, so they might work for a variety of orky walkers. I will have to head down to my hardware store and see if that actually works. I may have their sizes wrong....

That could work,

I'm not familiar with them but they look a little thin from what I can see on google.

It does bear thinking about though, I was considering stacking yoghurt pots and drinks caps for possible gargants in a similar style or those tiny plant pots used for "plugs"??? I'm about as hazy on gardening as I am electronics

Thanks for all the comments guys!

I'm normally quite a slow/lazy painter but you've really spurred me on.

So here's the rest of the mob for now. Apologies for the camera work, whilst it turn out my camera is briliant for drunken nights out with its sturdy design, face recognition and anti-shake it turns out to be almost impossible to take a nice close up in artificial light with it.

And a couple of diff angles to show off some of the fun I had bashing weapons together

Now I've done these I'm going to take a bit of a break from stompas (at least 5 more to do) and start work on something else.

Right so what's my next project going to be

mega gargant I picked up going cheap on ebay which I've plans for?
custom Gargant armed with twin soopa zap guns?
Killa kans and dreads?

Looks like I might have to convert this thread into an OGBM army log

Cheers guys

Yep! All is good! Automatic White Balance (AWB) setting on some camera's can help; likewise if you've got a macro funtion.
But seriously; good stuff; keep going.

Favourite is definitely the one with the rhino chassis.
