They look quite good as germans.

:-).  

I guess it's the green that makes them look that way.  Though perhaps a bit of highlighting on the edges of the helmets would help cue "British" -- the coal-scuttle notch and vader flange is a distinguishing feature even at 6mm, so anything to draw attention to the Para's helmets would, I suspect, help

Of course it is a bit problematic because they aren't wearing the more recognizeable saucer-shaped British helmet.

An interesting thing from one of the GHQ modelinm boards: one of their 'pro' modelers5 actually cuts off the gun barre wo replace them with steel wire.  I'm not sure what he did to replace the muzzle brakes, possibly reattached them.

Of course he also used a 3% print of a Google map in his command diorama -- Velikye Luki area.

Some amazing stuff on the GHQ forums.

The GHQ forum is both inspirational and depressing depending on who's posted pics  :laugh: but always worth a look.

Are you suggesting my barrels are a little bent?  :laugh:
