Yes, it's up to date outside of the FAQ changes. Unfortunately that isn't currently available on the site.

What is the place for the Armada supplement these days? Is it still needed, or are the PDFs from the website all I need?

And I'm wondering if combined Marines and Imperial fleets are possible in BFG?

(UDPATE: Just found the [m1280008] BFG Imperial Fleets PDF, which has the rules for combined Imperial-Marines fleets. Sweeeeeeeeeeeet.)  :))

All of Armada is available at the GW website. Except the page with the reserve rules and strategy ratings. But I got that here:
