Good idea. Fewer pieces = easier assembly.

Following some of the feedback we've decided to rework the idea of the Phalanx APC variant of the Guild Modular tanks. It is still meant to be the "vanilla" tank chassis, but instead of using one of the enforcer/gladius turrets it will now get a dedicated top piece that is basically just a hatch with a swiwel mounted gun, and some radio equipment. Feedback and suggestions are welcome as always :)

Why not give it a small, forward set turret with a small calibre autocannon?  It would make it a suitable proxy for some other sci-fi APCs which might increase sales potential.

Is there a door on the back?

Or how about also supplying a turret (even one of the enforcer types) and the hatch + gun WMN designed above? Similar to how you already get options with EW enforcers, GW razorbacks etc.

Increasing the versatility is a good thing.

That's what the Hector's for, innit?

Any kind of timeframe for the first tanks going on sale?  I'm starting to get twitchy. :))

The bronze is on its way to Tom right now. Estimate another week's travel. Tom will have to supply an estimate for the metal caster's work.

The Hector is pretty much what you described. If you want you could just add the side sponsons to your main battle tank instead and have a sponsoned MBT and a plain IFV for increased proxy potential. The model does have a ramp and a small door at the back, fairly similar to a m113
