Hmm yes, others have expressed concerns about this. Personally I too have to drive a long distance to attend these tournaments (from Surrey), but I think I now have enough experience with tournaments to know these lists won't phase me.

I can expect:
At best a small smattering of these new marine armies.
A small chance of coming up against them.
I know (we all know) marines in general really well.
Time enough to revise and digest the new lists
These lists will make little difference to my final position in the tournament.

If they are extremely over strong and I where to go against them, then I can inform Matt of my opinions. If the consensus of opinion agrees with me, then matt would be forced to drop them until they are fixed. I seriously doubt this is is going to be the case though.

In short, I wouldn't worry about it if I where you

Just a reminder that the 1st company vets have requested you send a copy of your list to their email by 10th April. Its not in the rules pack but was on the confirmation email.

And always remember to put your entry number on the form.

Well the website says that Open War XI is sold out apart from BB. Still only 19 names on the list. If you are the 20th player let us know!

Super, largest Open War attendance and matches the numbers for London last year (though with one international traveller, I think that should still count as the largest tournament to date!)

Can I ask a favour of all entrants. Can you do an extra copy of your list and hand it too me at OW? That way I can ensure that I have all the lists available on the UK championship page. Thanks.
