For those of you who havn't seen it already.. pic of the day on Fanatic's site is the Valkyrie:
http://www.specialist-games.com/
...Nice model, but the windows look slightly large to me (that might just be the paintjob tho)...

It seems they are having a problem:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e07'

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Syntax error converting datetime from character string.

/Default.htm, line 46

I'll just have to take your word for it.  :{ That's what you get for using Micro$oft.

The painted warhound is now up on the Specialist-Games website!
Is this your work Tuffskull? It looks great!
I must admit that I had my doubts about the greenstuff version but the painted result probably means that I'll have to go rob a bank or something and go buy a couple anyway... :p  :D

Cheers

The paintjob looks good but I still don't like the head gun and no level of painting skill can conceal the hooves.  :blues:

I missed the Valkyrie.  The warhound looks okay, not sure about the hooves.  Isn't that meant to be an Eldar traight?

I thought the Warhounds would end up being the same as the 40K fW versions.  I like those.

Why would they want to bring back the old Reaver? Sure it is an excelent model, but I would have thought they would have re-done it like the Warhound. Also, with these older style titans coming out, why do I envision a new beetleback on the horizon?

Does anyone have confirmation from Jervis that they are re-releasing the Reaver, or is it an assumption due to the pic being there?

Also, the warhound looks better painted than the green. I may have to get some of them now!

Cheers

Chris

That is the early one, right? It looks identicle and I cant see any difference. I would guess that it was a picture of an early Reaver recently painted, rather than a new mini. I love that model!

That Reaver looks identical to the orginal ... and I think they should re-release a lot of the old stuff again.  Most guys playing Epic now probably missed some of the old models. :;):

>> Its "Air Cav" time - scratchbuild some surfboards slung underneath anyone?

A friend of mine has an IG army that's modeled after the air cav in Apocalypse Now.  He has surfboards trapped to the side of a couple of Sentinels.
