I think Flame On have little to worry about regarding the the new lists.

The codex marine list will be little different to the current one and if the lists are published on the 1st, few people will be taking Blood Angels / Black Templars / Dark Angles.
Additionally, I believe that these Marine variant lists have been designed with fluff foremost. That means fluff, not tactics, would be primary driver of the design. They might be overpowered, they might be underpowered, either case would be coincidental. Hopefully they are fairly well balanced though.

Unfortunaletley I can't give you a copy of the book because it's not ready yet. At EPIC UK Towers, the commitee are working overtime to get it ready   ... We are on schedule but it's tight! The army lists arn't going to be released until they are complete because EPIC UK would hate for people to think they have the final version of the army book, paint up a new unit only to find it didn't make to the final cut.

If any of your players have concerns ask them to visit the EPIC UK website (www.epic-uk.co.uk) and use 'the contact us' page to email us. EPIC UK will try to help as much as possible.

Anyway April is only three weeks away!

I like to know what armies are in attendance before a tournament, so I'm giving this one a miss.

It's a nice, very reasonably priced tournament I'd recommend otherwise.

And take some terrain...

What armies are allowed in the tournament.

Knowing what other people are taking specifically before committing is pushing it a bit,  

But knowing what tournament army lists include isn't too much to ask.

but please note that some new Space Marine epic-uk tournament lists will be available from the same website 1st april. These are very fluffy (and apparently not especially competitive) Dark Angles, Blood Angels and Black Templars.

If you want a guess at will actually be taken then there will be, on average (taken from tournament takings from 2007)
