What kind of resin do you use, BTW? Up here they have recommended two-part epoxy resin. It does have one problem, however. Namely, it must be stored in cold temperature. This means I'd have to use it all in a short period and it isn't available in quantities smaller than a litre.
And no, putting it to refridgerator is out of the question; the thing smells unbelievably bad and would contaminate the whole thing. I may have to buy a small 'fridge just for my own use.

I use two main types of resin. Dental acrylic and fiberglass polyresin. Polyresin is the is the easiest to get. I use bondo fiberglass resin mixed with bondo filler putty. The filler helps keep polyresins natural tendancy to be brittle under control. You have to play around with the mix. It needs enough filler to stiffen the casting, but still be pourable. Dental acrylics are the stuff they make dentures out of. They can be difficult to get, unless you know someone in a lab or dentists office. They can also be expensive. The up side is the stuff pours well and is almost indestructable when set. There are a lot of comercial hobby resins out there. I can't tell you alot about them because I'm to cheap to buy them

I will. I just finnished up my aircushion attackcraft. I'll make some casts and take pictures as I go. It will take a bit of though. My computer crashed and I'm using a loaner. It's stoneage slow and has none of my software on it. Once I get that straightened out though I'll send you an article.
