Lost as in it's around here somewhere or lost as in I slept with my girlfriends sister and she threw it out the 13th story window to our flat?

I 'lost' an entire tray of Necron figures last month.  I was ripping out my hair!  Did somebody swipe them as I was loading the car?  Has my wife thrown them away?  Did I throw them away?  Has somebody hunted me down, clandestinely broken into my basement, disabled the alarm, and taken my precious!?

They were in a foam case where I placed them to be safe during a cleaning of the basement.  When I found them I remembered thinking at the time, "I better not forget I put them in here..."

Glad you were able to recover them.

Lost as in pack it up boys and start from scratch. Bye-bye Banelord Titan group (oddly enough except one arm, one head, and a missile launcher rack)

But the pain I feel most keenly is the loss of my Plague Tower. I really loved that damned thing. They're not easy to replace these days and I really wanted to re-do a Nurgle force sometime in the future.

I tend to have this occur every single time I move house (I am in my 6th house in 3 years but first one we have owned so should be here for a long....... time).

I move house and find that I somehow have an entire army that I had completely forgotten about but suddenly I am missing a bunch of my favourite miniatures or most commonly used modelling tools.

I couldn't find my 40K Eldar army that I am going to paint simultaneously with my Tale of Tactial Wargamers Epic version, then after two days when I found it I had to get my wife to do a search for my rare earth magnets to do all the weapons options as three searches through my games room (where she found them) yeilded no results, then another several hours to find the army book so I could figure out what list to do.

I am still trying to find some of the Brentonian Ladies I remember buying for my daughter at our old house.  I am sure they must be in a Jar of breakfluid but where that has ended up I don't know if I will ever know.

Glad you found them, its also good to know that I am not the only one that lives in a world of Chaos.

Epic- A version of the game with even smaller models that is often dominated by titans which are vehicles the size of a large building and have the ability to pwn...everything. There is also infantry, whose only function in Epic is to provide valuable traction to Titans walking across snowy paths.
