I love Micrografx Picture Publisher. I load the picture, click the "night vision" button and tada.



Not hugely realistic, but hugely quick.

Thanks Jav, I read through and messed about in Photobucket and found they have their own Nightvision and static filters. I'll see what I can do for targeting reticule and data too. So what do you think?..
