This Week In Wargaming is a wargaming podcast which started as a round table discussion on various issues. It has had its highs and lows of the first seven episodes.

Now, however, the format has been changed, from the round table to the host and some guy called Zak from TTGN...

Worth a listen.

Not bad, pity the voice quality drops now and again.

It is always interesting, but Troy could possibly actually edit the show before it goes live. Previous episodes have had "Ah, we will edit that out. Going live in 3... 2... 1...".

I'll grab the past episodes tonight and listen from the start. But as Troy keeps saying there is a lot of tempting stuff out there right now.

I call in via Skype so its a problem with the network connection. I'm in Vancouver and Troy is in Philidelphia.

They'll let anyone do a podcast now. Talk about lack of standards. ;-)

Well, they must have some standard... I still dont appear in any!  :;):

Smart move, also, joining up just after the hurricane that was the Stelek Outrage!

Good luck with it, and feel free to let us know when something comes up that we may enjoy.

Mephiston - If you are downloading podcasts, can I also recommend the 'D6 Generation':

Favourite D6 Gen quote was when they were discussing GenCon. Apparently, for non-gamers, there was a pole dancing class in the list of diversions, and the note stated something along the lines of 'there is a weight limit of 250lb for this due to the nature of the pole'!

A cool show.

I must admit that, while the new TWiW format is good, it has turned into 'the Zak show'. With no pictures and now just news and updates rather than commentary and opinions, I do wonder what the advantages are of this to just checking TGN and actually seeing the pictures myself.

And, if the levels could be improved it would be good. Zak is very quiet (not what I expected!   ) and Troy is a lot louder, meaning that I turn up the volume and then suffer.

Yes, thanks to CS i've now spent a lot of time listening to other gamers talk about gaming!

D6gen is a great podcast, if a little long. I'm now really tempted to get the BSG boardgame that I'll never play!

TWiW is good and I did like the round tables a lot. I guess one of them is due soonish.

Troy didn't post process my audio this week which is why there is that problem. He is aware of the issue and is going to be fixing it

Whenever I see "D6 generation" I think of Klingon battlecruisers.
