I sent a high priority package to Evil & Chaos via ICBM, and the Royal Mail charged him 30 pounds (60 US, 45 Euro) to get it out of hock.

So, Royal Mail, bite me! And you can kiss E&C where the sun doesn't shine, as well.

Well I'm sure I could get a International Calling Card, but besides the cost, I'm told F/W is hard to reach by phone. And my FAX is attached to my Lap Top ?  But they still don't answer e-mails directly ?  Maybe I'm not tech savvy enough ?  Otherwise I'll mail'm every two weeks for awhile until I get :mad: ! And then I'll convince one of you fine English Gentlemen to call F/W on my behalf. After I e-send you the receipt, etc. ... :)

Hey L4, just been checking FW's site and see what you mean - 'as we are currently unable to answer emails.' Load of shite. They are still currently able to take your bloody money! The smeg heads!

However as a contradiction to what they say I found this under the PURCHASING section...
If you have a question about your mail order please either telephone our mail order line or send us an email to fworderenquiries@games-workshop.co.uk. Please note it may not be possible for us to answer emails straight away. When making a query about an order please let us have as much information as possible, (e.g. name of person who placed the order, address of person who placed the order, name of person to whom we were sending the order, address of person to whom we were sending the order, when the order was placed, how the order was placed etc.)

Is this any help? Kick the stuffing out of these minions of dobber!

L4, I would be willing to do a bit of contractual black op wetwork for full medical, ammo costs and dental benefits. Ninja style, but with a chain saw and flamethrower...  :tongue:

Yep, that's the e-mail I sent it to (before I sent my letter) and I've done that before and days later I get an automated reply ... :_(  And you are correct, the Smeg heads have my $$$ ! :angry:   A couple times before I had Doug/DRM help me and he called. As I e-mailed him all the data he'd need to act on my behalf ... So at this time I'm no longer willing to spend any more $$$ ...   I may e-mail Doug again, but he is very busy ...  Time will tell ...
