I've played the AMTL a few times and have found that I need to make my Reavers Specialist units with Warhounds running around mopping up broken enemy formations and taking objectives, sometimes acting as Sheilds for the Reavers whilst they get into range/position.

Usually equip the Titans with the Cheapest weapons so that I can get some extra activations, then upgrade them if I have a few points left over.

Against a NID Army I have found that a single Reaver with 3 Laser Burners is very effective with all its CC (+12) & FF (+6) attacks, but you do not have any Range Weapons.

Warhounds with Vulcan & Turbolasers are very good at taking out infantry, LV & AV.

Still trying to find a good solution for fighting the IG as they you take you out at range.

Normally people aim to have 3 activations per 1k of points.  With an AMTL list though that is hard to achieve, 2 per 1k is what I would aim for.

That's not to say don't try this list, like I said it would be interesting.

thanx for the advice guys, i may outfit one of my titans (probably the warlord) exclusively for CC.
it would be funny to have an entirely cc oriented titan army. probably effective too.

Getting the Warlord into CC would be difficult with a move of 15cm. You'd get into CC on the second if your opponent ran straight towards it, but if they gave it a wide birth you might not be able to engage until the 3rd.

yeah, i just though it would be funny to crash into a single formation with three cc titans. and then watch them all die. whatever, still waiting for my models, stupid forgeworld waits a week to tell me that they cant ship to po boxes!
