I think it's pretty doable, and quite the crazy model too :) still just based on the malcador so I guess you could work off the epic scale one I think Reaver did awhile back.

Dont like this much, I am afraid. It took me a while to work out that the guns are actually pointing backwards!

I think it looks like it could be easily chaos-ified. That hinge-pin support looks like an obvious place to slap an 8-pointed star. Put a big skull on either end and you be good to go.

Also, spikes.

Yeah, I agree, it looks a bit daft to me. I'm sure the treadheads will love it nonetheless.

I hadn't even realised that until you said it! Bummer... I quite liked it up till then, but now it just looks a bit silly. Oh well.

You never know, it might grow on me. Like a fungus...

Regards,
Reaver

I like it because it is ugly. I guess it's driven to where it needs to be, then turned around. "This end towards enemy."

Perhaps this backwards pointing thing is a desire to get better scoot-performance during a shoot-and-scoot?

Curious as to whether it's STC or just an attempt to turn Malcadors into self-propelled artillery.

:wow:  :wow:  :wow:

A hardly surprising opinion coming from me, I guess.

It looks like it has cabs on both ends, but the one facing the same direction as the guns has a view blocked by the gun-holding bit.

I don't see what the big deal is for the guns to face in the opposite direction of the cab. I doubt that a real-world version of this vehicle would have move-and-fire capability anyway.

Uhhh... huh.  Okay.  I think I would have preferred something along the "Mörser Karl" lines.  This... is just weird.  It reminds me of a snail for some reason.

I have to wonder sometimes what kind of a vetting process new ideas go through at FW.  And how much alcohol is involved.

I'm as much a tread-head as the next guy, but i have to agree that this just looks silly. FW is stretch a little too far it seems to make more stuff for the Death Corps of Krieg siege range.

Glad to see you two Casters(Reaver & O-man) worked it out ! So who is doing the Centaur ?!? :;):  As far as the design, typical G/W neo-cybergothic WWI/II Doppelganger ...  The Brit Archer TD mounted a 17 lber backwards on a Valentine chassis ... So that is one RW example of that kind of configuration, there are a few others also.  From the side it looks like the German Hummel SP 150. However with the twim mounted Basy cannons it looks a bit like a Naval twin gun turret.  As far as employment, I'm pretty sure it can't shoot while on the move. But since it's a SPFA and not an MBT, I wouldn't expect it to ...

Gowever with the twim mounted Basy cannons it looks a bit like a Naval twin gun turret.

That was my initial thought, too.
