I'm currently magnetizing all of my Titan weapons to make them fully interchangeable without having to use blue tac. I'm gluing the magnets onto the weapons and a thin piece of stainless steel onto each hard point for my Titans. Dave had the brilliant idea of using a whole punch on the stainless steel instead of using tin snips.

Progressing painfully slowly here, but the bike and base are completed and sealed.  Used some gloss on the tins and metal bits to give it that extra bling.

Work has begun on her wings, still deciding on some colors for Sophie herself.

Continued work on my Epic Blood Angels, 4 Primarchs that kev101 made for me (very "kool" ! ), the SP Arty I got from O-man & some AEgyptus bitz from Crocodile Games that will make great Epic terrain pieces like statues(Anubus, Set, Ra, etc.) oblisks, etc. ... Fighting with myself not to get some stuff from the Wargames Mats site that Deamonkin posted ... Red Desert (Mars) mat, dryed river beds, oasis, salt marsh, volcanos, lava flows and loose standing rocks ...  Always wanted a Mars-type mat ... The lot would probably run some big $$$ ...  :_(  Must have Control ... Must find  control ... :vo  :sulk: :sigh:

Work continues magnetizing my Titans. So farI've done 4 Warhounds, 4 Reavers, 1 Warlord and a handful of weapons. Still to be done are 3 Warlords and a ton of weapons. Then I'll move on to Gargants, Eldar Titans and Traitor Titans.

I really like your FoW Desert Rats army, Chappy Lev! :D  I notice you painted the infantry before adding them to the base, then added texture to the base; is it just plain sand on the base, or did you paint it?  Thanks!

I found it much easier to paint smaller scales, like these 15mm, while temporarily attached to a strip, Popsicle sticks in this case.  I primed and painted the edges of the bases (added a few rocks for cover for the Vickers MG teams) before gluing the troops to the stand.  The basing material is not painted, it is "fine buff", I believe by Woodland Scenics.

I started on the artillery section last night, once they are done I just have the recce patrol and three tank platoons (3 tanks each of Shermans, Grants, Crusaders) to finish and the core army is done.  Oh, I did pick up some 6pdr Portee AT guns and a Dorchester armored RV :) for my command vehicle replacement.

Once the above is completed onto my LRDG and SAS patrols!

Bezerkers:  I've had the idea for a long time now; make some Khorne Boyz!  Mix up a box of Boyz and Bezerkers, they could double as an ork army or Chaos!

What is that space marine log; a new dropship idea or a tasty holiday treat! LOL
