Nick, I'm going. But I'm only staying for one night. The idea is to do what I did for Open War earlier in the year, and razz up the m1 first thing on the Sat morning. I was shattered by my 3rd game on sat - I hope to get more sleep before hand this time! If that doesn't sound too odious I can take you up.

Great. Count me in. I'll send you an email.

I'm sure GW will happily take your money up to the day before the event! No deadline is listed on the site and you don't need to send a list in for checking.

when is the closeing date for tickets

Closing date for returning Registration Cards back to GW is 15th september.

You buy your ticket over the phone.
They send it, a registration card, and rules pack to you.
You fill in the Registration Card and send it back.

I might be... all depends on the Gods! (Yes I am married.) Saying that it would only be because its a tourny, I'm not impressed at the price which is a further stumbling block - London return to Nottingham, event, Saturday b&b, could be as much as £150 with other sundry expenses.

Chris, I'm taking Nick Rice up *real* early on Saturday morning. It is possible I could take you too if we can find some convenient place to pick you up - a stay over at my place on fri night would make things nice an simple for me though I'm some distance from you as I'm in west surrey.

Apart from B&B for sat night should have few expenses - most of your meals are in the ticket price. You just need a small donation for petrol (my shed of a car will do the trip there and back for £60a) and beer and snack money?

what say you?

I've dropped and email to GW asking if I could have a lists of names so we can all play fantasy Epic, but I don't hold much hope of a reply.
