Seriously wacky.  Seems to be a good way to sell your house for more than its worth due to novelty factor by the looks of this Auction though.  I wander if the buyer will actually pay up.

This must be an Australian trend thing or something.  Some other guy done it over in the Gold Coast.  Except his auction included friends and training to be him and all sorts of weird crap including owing mates cartons and what not.

The Beeb have a bit of background: Bidding begins on 'entire life'.

"On the day it's all sold and settled, I intend to walk out of my front door with my wallet in one pocket and my passport in the other, nothing else at all.
