Seriously wacky. Seems to be a good way to sell your house for more than its worth due to novelty factor by the looks of this Auction though. I wander if the buyer will actually pay up.
This must be an Australian trend thing or something. Some other guy done it over in the Gold Coast. Except his auction included friends and training to be him and all sorts of weird crap including owing mates cartons and what not.

I heard him bing interviewed on the radio thismorning. He sounded like an ok guy, just wants to make a fresh start.
