Chris those models are from the Warmachine game.  A few guys around here have been proxying various smaller warmachine things as chaos daemon engines and knights (ok by a few I mean olly and one other person and Onyx having bought up the idea independently before I told him they had already done it).

Epic- A version of the game with even smaller models that is often dominated by titans which are vehicles the size of a large building and have the ability to pwn...everything. There is also infantry, whose only function in Epic is to provide valuable traction to Titans walking across snowy paths.

@daemonkin, I have no idea what chapter I just felt like painting red with an easy symbol ?:p ?As for the rippers they will be raveners, they're just so frak off huge in epic that I think 1's good enough
@widgren, they are indeed white undercoat with tamiya smoke over the top (including metals) warlord though was shaded by hand (he deserves it) this before the new gw washes were available
@Warhead, I wish I even had epic lictors, I'll be using the new DRM bugs as my infantry (unless you want to send me some of your ridicously huge horde :laugh: )
@Levinas, will do tomorrow when I can move (I do parkour, and did a hard work out)
@The_Real_Chris, they're Therian Assualt Medusas from Rackhams AT-43 range (very cheap for some reason at the local store)
Phew, cheers again guys should be getting some more nid pics tomorrow when I finish my haruspex's and hopefully my 1st heirophant :devil:

Good grief! Those are all fantastic. It took me a while to be able to type anything... brain took a fit. Just sat staring at the screen. Scary looking Tyranids, blood chilling.  :cool:
