I'll try and put here for reference purposes the FW, SG and 40k stats (well, just the weapon load outs from 40k if i know them, which isn't often!). Its likely I'll make a lot of mistakes so please correct me.

Here is the FW army list, somewhat roughly copied (and not very well!).

Here is my breakdown of the Forgeworld Epic Tau List from IA3 and how if differs from the SG V4.0 List (PDF).  There are quite a few stat-line differences between the V4 SG list and the IA3 list in addition to the Force Org changes.

How much detail do you want to the 40k stats?  I've got both the 3rd ed and 4th ed Tau codecii, and IA3.  It's no trouble for me to post however much info that you want.

Stats for the weapons in Wh40k can already be found here:

The speed Bomber and aircraft on the Manta is almost certainly a copy and paste error on the part of FW. It also has the support craft rule which is virtually identical to the SG one. If its an aircraft, the support craft rule makes no sense at all.

It's certainly a copy-paste error.

The stats are pretty irrelevant. Rather just the load outs (1 hammerhead has x, a fire warrior squad consists of x troopers carrying y and z etc) are needed.

I wouldn't say the stats are irrelevant when the Manta:

Goes up by 1 DC.
Goes from FF5+ to FF3+.
Is less powerful at long range than the SG Manta.

It changes the whole way in which the Manta should be used within the army list (Instead of yet another long-range shooting platform like the Moray, Scorpionfish, Swordfish, etc, it is a Planetfalling Assault beast).

So the FW's version of the Manta, like the rest of the FW list, is not so biased towards staying as far away from the enemy as possible and blasting away with no-LOF guns, and instead is a linebreaker, a lynchpin around which the Tau can build a themed force.

JMHO.

Not the FW stats E&C, the 40k weapon stats (strength, wounds etc).

OK, that's no problem.  Do you want my usual loadouts, or the range of possible loadouts?  I can also dig out the old (3rd ed 40k, right after the Tau were released) White Dwarf articles where they were talking about alternate Crisis loadouts, but some of those are, while not obsolete, certainly much less effective in 4th ed.

IIRC

Hammerhead
1 turret weapon
1 smart missile system (short range, no LOF)
may carry seeker missiles

Devilfish
1 nose mounted burst cannon
2 drones
Transport

Fire Warriors
Pulse Rifles (slightly more range than other rifles, less than a heavy bolter)
up to half may have Pulse Carbines

Crisis
2 arm weapons (doubles are twin-linked)
1 shoulder weapon

Drones
1 twin-linked weapon, pulse carbines standard

Stealthsuits
armed with a silenced burstcannon (how do they silence a plasma weapon?)

That's all I remember from the various thumpings my DE have given them.
