Very strange - I've bought stuff from them several times, and they always delivered quite rapidly - to Malta at any rate, and on one occasion to Australia (part of a complicated trade with Tas). And communications were excellent. In fact, I'd rate them as extremely reliable. Is there some way your email could be getting across as spam and being filtered? That happened to me with someone once.

I double checked my SPAM folder, but I didn't see any emails from them.
The money transfer has been completed according to PayPal. I'll send another email to them from another email address then, see if that works.

Excuse the double post, but once I sent another email to them, I got an immediate response.
They said they sent the order straight away, and since it hasn't arrived, they've immediately sent it again.
Very nice of them and I would recommend buying from then again in the future.
Case closed!

I was about to post that I have ordered from them a couple of times in the past. They do sometimes have communications issues, and supply problems, but they are genuinely good people and great to deal with.
