Aye, at least they're fixed in a scaling ratio that corrisponds to the size of game being played.

A static number for plague zombies might be better for balancing too. Say with the option to add more at a set point cost so the hordes can vary in size.

Agreed.

I've seen three Plague Zombies, and I've seen fifteen Plague Zombies.
