Thanks for the link CAL !  Very nice job "G" ! :D  Tas may want to steal some of your "Run Thru the Jungle" pieces !

Thanks mate.  The pieces are just simple bases, decorated with some etched brass palm trees (with I stock   ) and some flock, etc.

Cheers,

Glynn

Thanks Legion 4, and GR00V3R, for the kind words.  I am hoping it won't be long before I can get a site up.  I'll post here when I do.

Thanks again fellas,

First one popped out of the mould this afternoon.  Looks nice, if I do say so myself.  Very happy with it.  Pictures will be posted soon.

Many thanks to Aaron for the concept and the whip-cracking - eight days from conception to completion.  Next step will be to get one painted up and looking table-ready.  More pics then.

@ Cthulhu_gump - for a very few South Pacific Pesos one of these could be on YOUR table!   :D  Pricing to be finalized soon, but compared to a certain company's prices, these will be cheap.

OK fellas, here is the rest of the pics to date.

Boxed and ready to pour the silicon.

Silicon poured, just waiting for it to cure.  Takes about 24 hours.

More goodies being moulded!

The master after being de-moulded.

The mould.

Pouring the cherry piece!  No comments about fat fingers please!!   :D

Waiting for the resin to cure.  We spend a lot of time waiting in this game!

The first piece.  The bunker lid was done later, and will be included in the next lot of pics, which will be of the finished piece after 'decoration'.

Man that looks good.  I want one!  I'll have to work out some sort of Ulthwe reinforcement painting/terrain trade with Aaron or something though as we got kicked out of our old rental due to its sale and with the increases in rental costs  around here ($100 a week increase in six months) and now my disposable income has dropped to zero dollars or less (stupid mining boom, stupid me not working in mining).

Gents, for those that are interested in picking up some trench works PM either Glyn or myself and we will get back to you with all the details you are after. The remaining two pieces will be into production in the next week or so.  The bunker top should be ready in the next couple of weeks with a number of symbology options available, watch this thread for more on that. We are happy to take any order size and will be looking to produce a pack of defence works once the others are complete.

Cheers
Aaron

Yeah, it is 1.074 Kg for the bunker itself.  Haven't weighed the bunker roof yet.  I buy it in 5 Kg pails - it is cheaper that way.

Great looking stuff "G" !  I literally started molding/casting some terrain bases yesterday. Just finished working on some !  It's fun and rewarding. But as Otterman said, thats alot of silicon !!
